Motivational Moments releases new lessons weekly. The first lesson is unlocked immediately upon joining the program. The next lesson will be released exactly seven days later, at the same time of day as the user joined. For example, if a user joins on Monday at 10am, they will receive their first lesson right away. Their second lesson will be released on the following Monday at 10am.
